UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin has announced that European football’s governing body, three-time winners Germany have won the right to host the 2024 European Championship for the second time, the tournament is scheduled from June 14 to July 14, 2024. THE UEFA Euro 2024 is the 17th edition of Euro 2024 and 24 teams will participate in this tournament it would be the first time that the competition will take place in a former East Germany with Leipzig as host city. It is the second most watched tournament, which is why all UEFA Euro 2024 sponsors, brands and television rights are showing great interest in Germany after the 2016 FIFA World Cup.

THE UEFA European Football Championship 2024, is commonly known as UEFA Euro 2024. Germany beat Turkey in a UEFA Executive Committee vote to choose the right host. He has already hosted the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2006 Men’s World Cup. The draw takes place at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Germany.
On March 8, 2017, UEFA announced that only two countries had decided to host the tournament. Germany and Turkey intended to host the tournament, but following the voting process, Germany decided to host the tournament alone.

Qualification:-
As hosts, Germany qualified automatically for the tournament. And the remaining 23 places will be determined by the qualification process, with the group from March to November 2023, and the play-offs linked to the UEFA National League 2023-24 in March 2024.
The qualifying round is the main process of the next tournament which will be played in December 2022. Germany qualified automatically, with the remaining 23 spots to be determined by qualification.
All teams will be divided into ten groups, six with five on one side and four on the other. The qualifying match will be played in the last quarter of 2022 and mid-2023.

The final draw for this tournament will take place in December 2023 at the EIbphiharmonie in Hamburg. And the format is the same as that used in 2016 and 2020, that of teams divided into 6 groups, will be retained. And for the qualifying group stage draw will take place on October 9, 2022.

Without broadcasters, UEFA Euro 2024 is incomplete, so the International Center for Broadcasters (IBC) will be located in the halls of Trade fair in Leipzig, Germany.

How much will UEFA Euro 2024 tickets cost?
Tickets for UEFA Euro 2024 are available for purchase on the official website. In total, 270,000 tickets will be available at €30 and the last 10,000 tickets will be available for less than €100.
1.2 million tickets for UEFA EURO 2024 will go on sale from October 3.

21 of the 24 teams are now known, only the three teams qualified for the play-offs remain to be determined.
